From our base in Hersham we work across the south of England — north to Welwyn, east into Kent, south through Sussex, and west as far as Dorset, Devon and Plymouth.
Those two things do different jobs. Around Hersham we are close enough for a van to be with you the same morning, which is what reactive maintenance actually requires — and close enough to know the housing stock, which shortens a lot of diagnosis.
Further out, the work looks different. A refurbishment in Dorset or a portfolio in Kent is planned work: surveyed properly, programmed in blocks, and staffed for the duration rather than squeezed between local call-outs. We would rather tell you that plainly than pretend a Plymouth job gets a Hersham response time.
